We are looking for a professional due to company growth and plans to increase staff numbers.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager. If you are an organized, detail-oriented, and responsible person who loves solving complex problems – we are looking for you!
Key Tasks:
- Product Concept Initiation and Development:
- Conducting analysis of the Russian market and international analogues (volume, trends, competitors, weak/strong points);
- Determining the target audience, price positioning, sales forecast, and profitability;
- Preparing and agreeing on the initial product list
2. Supplier Selection and Interaction:
- Supplier search;
- Participation in negotiations on key production and quality conditions
3. Working with Samples and Testing
4. Preparation for Launch:
- Preparation of a financial model (calculation of unit economics (cost, retail price, margin)) and risk analysis;
- Supervising designers and marketing on packaging, product cards, instructions, and content;
- Monitoring certification deadlines and material readiness
- Preparation of technical specifications (TS);
- Supporting development – if a product is created from scratch
5. Production and Supply Control
6. Goods Acceptance and Defect Handling:
- Joint work with Foreign Economic Activity (VED) and logistics on defect reports;
- Making management decisions (return, compensation, disposal, discount)
7. Sales Launch and Training
8. Post-Analysis and Product Development:
- Collecting feedback from service, sales, and customers;
- Analyzing launch effectiveness (sales, ROMI, reviews, returns);
- Preparing summary reports for management;
- Initiating product improvements
9. Working with Packaging and Accessories
10. Documentation and Processes:
- Maintaining up-to-date product documentation: TS, test protocols, specifications; working with templates, regulations, knowledge systematization
11. Communication and Project Management:
- Maintaining all communications and control points in Bitrix24;
- Coordinating processes between engineers, designers, production, logistics, marketing, creators, managers, and analysts;
- Participating in the development of analytics tools and dashboards
12. Sales Control:
- Preparing monthly reports on own products (revenue, margin, costs)
- Developing strategies (on price/product) jointly with the sales department
13. Management of the Current Assortment Matrix and SKU Updates
- Monitoring metrics, identifying signals for updates, launching profitable products, improving current ones, or discontinuing low-margin products
Our Expectations:
- Experience in managing a product from idea to serial launch;
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years;
- Skills in writing technical documentation for development;
- Understanding of UI/UX basics and user interaction logic;
- Ability to work with unit economics, feedback analysis, and metrics;
- Experience in interacting with engineers, designers, marketing, and sales.
