We are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate complex projects in tandem with account managers, maintaining the connection between the client, Product Operations, and the implementation team. This role is for someone who loves order in chaos, sees risks before they arise, and can explain complex things to clients in their language.

About the role

Format: remote, full-time.

Collaboration: you will work in tandem with an Account Manager (client side) and interact with 5 departments within the company in the Product Operations direction.

What you will be doing

Project Management and Communication

— Coordinate delivery: from contract to project closure, various cycles (from weeks to months) — Maintain project documentation: deadlines, scopes, risks, changes — Be a single point of contact between the client, Account Manager, and internal teams — Regularly report on progress, identify blockers, and resolve them before they become client problems Interaction with Product Operations

— Align requirements with Product Operations (prioritization, deadlines, resources) — Manage dependencies between 5 departments in the implementation chain — Translate client pain points into tasks for the team and vice versa Working in tandem with an Account Manager

— Together, maintain project health and client relationships — Help the AM see risks and adjust expectations in a timely manner — Jointly resolve non-standard situations and escalations Optimization and Analytics

— Track metrics: deadlines, quality, client satisfaction — Collect lessons learned and implement improvements in processes — Propose optimization of workflows based on data

What is important to us

— Project management experience of 2+ years (B2B services, SaaS, development, or consulting) — Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or another structured planning approach — Ability to work with project documentation and analyze risks — English language proficiency from B2+ — Leadership qualities: ability to influence without direct authority (you work with people from different departments) — Self-organization and result orientation — we work remotely, results are important to us — Communication skills: ability to write clear emails, conduct calls, and find consensus in conflict situations

It will be a plus

— Experience working with international clients (timezone management, cultural communication) — Familiarity with ORM/SERM or digital marketing — Experience working in startups or growing companies (rapidly changing processes)
