At Made of Storm, we are looking for a Country Manager who will take ownership of the development of 1-2 markets and influence business results through analytics, product, and operational initiatives.
📌 What you will do:
- Be responsible for market results and key business metrics.
- Analyze conversions, retention, cohorts, ROI, payback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses, launch initiatives, and evaluate their business impact.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and user behavior.
- Coordinate work with Product, CRM, VIP, Support, Marketing, and other teams.
📌 What we expect:
- 3+ years in Country Management, Product, Growth, Business/Product Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Neo-banking, Crypto, E-commerce, or other B2C digital products.
- Strong data-driven approach: analytics, working with business metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- High ownership and the ability to influence results without direct team management.
- English B2+.
