We are looking for an experienced CTO / Tech Lead who will combine the roles of business analyst, system analyst, and head of development department.
Responsibilities of this position:
- As a business analyst, communicate with business owners and, based on this, translate tasks.
- As a system analyst, design a solution "from start to finish", formulating tasks for the development department.
- As a manager, control the process of completing these tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as CTO / Tech Lead (igaming, payments, high risk, blockchain)
- Expertise in full-cycle product development management;
- Must have experience in creating CRM systems;
- Excellent planning, risk assessment, and development timeline estimation skills;
- Ability to motivate employees and create a productive atmosphere in the team;
- English language proficiency at least A2 level.
