Founding CTO | iGaming Product

📍Bratislava | Office | Full-time | Relocation

We are looking for a Founding CTO to launch our own iGaming product from scratch.

We need not just a technical leader, but a person who understands the specifics of iGaming and knows how to build scalable systems: casino platform, payments, CRM, affiliate logic, BI, fraud/risk, transactional architecture.

What you will do:

• Design the architecture of the entire platform
• Launch and develop casino platform / payments / CRM / affiliate system / admin panel / BI
• Select the technology stack and key technical solutions
• Build a dev team from scratch: hiring, processes, structure
• Set up engineering processes and release cycle
• Be responsible for the quality, security, and scalability of the system
• Take the product from idea to launch

What is important to us:

• Experience as CTO / Founding CTO / Tech Lead / Head of Engineering
• Real experience launching or developing an iGaming product
• Experience building a development team from scratch
• Strong experience in backend-heavy / highload / transactional systems
• Experience with product-oriented technical solutions, not just individual services
• Ability to combine strategy and hands-on management

Will be a plus:

• Payment / CRM / KYC / PSP / Fraud integrations
• Experience building admin / reporting / BI systems
• Online casino / betting / gambling experience
