Location:** Bratislava

We are building our own casino platform (in-house, not white label / turnkey). The technical and product aspects are fully covered. We are looking for a leader who will build operations from scratch and take the project from a ready platform to profitability and scaling.

Responsibilities: P&L and Economics: Full management of the budget, unit economics, GGR/NGR plans, and reporting to founders. Hiring and Team: Formation of the organizational structure, hiring C-level / Heads of departments. CTO and CPO will be in direct subordination. Operations from Scratch: Building Retention/CRM, Support (SLA, shifts), Payments (PSP, cascades, chargebacks), Legal/KYC/AML, Finance/BI analytics, and Performance Marketing (in-house acquisition). Contractors: Selection and management of PSPs, CRMs, KYC providers, and gaming aggregators.

Our Expectations:

Experience in a management position in online casinos (full operational cycle). Deep understanding of performance marketing, traffic payback, and unit economics. Strong operational management: ability to build processes from scratch and hire top talent. Readiness for relocation to Central Europe (previous geographic experience is irrelevant). Plus: Experience launching a brand from scratch to profitability, working with in-house platforms, knowledge of Tier-1 metrics.

We are considering COOs or Heads of Operations from major operators who are ready for their first CEO role.

Conditions: Fixed salary + bonus + relocation package + social package. Direct reporting to founders, no bureaucracy. Full authority over budget and hiring from day 1.
