Sourcer / Recruiter (Web3, remote, part-time)

About Us We are a medium-sized team, launching token projects: our own development, design, marketing, MM. We constantly need to find people for launches, which is why we are looking for a recruiter to take over the search.

The task is active sourcing, not HR administration.

▪️ Responsibilities: ▫️ Find candidates on Telegram, X, Discord, and crypto boards — write to them first, don't just review applications. ▫️ Fill roles for launches: developers, marketers, designers, copywriters, shillers. ▫️ Maintain the funnel in a shared table: contact, source, stage, outcome. ▫️ Initial screening and correspondence with candidates before the call. ▫️ Maintain a pool of vetted contractors so as not to search from scratch for each launch.

▪️ Requirements: ▫️ Junior+ / Middle, at least six months of experience in sourcing people. ▫️ High learning ability: the field is specialized, you'll need to grasp it quickly. ▫️ Don't be afraid to write in direct messages and know how to do it so that you get replies. ▫️ English from B1. ▫️ Accuracy in tables, self-discipline without reminders.

▪️ Conditions: ▫️ Remote, flexible schedule. ▫️ Format: part-time, ~20 hours per week. ▫️ Probationary period of 2 weeks at a rate of $350/month, then $700/month. ▫️ $100–300 for each closed position — depending on the specialist's level and how they joined the team. ▫️ Bonuses for a high rate of closing quality employees. ▫️ Payments in USDT once a month. ▫️ The final decision on strong candidates is ours: you provide the flow and the first filter.
