AI Content Producer

As a Content Producer at Lensa (by Prisma Labs), you'll own the hands-on assembly and publishing of video creatives that fuel our organic growth across TikTok and Reels. This role is about taste and a sharp eye for trends — not editing from scratch — turning AI-generated assets into high-performing content at volume, within an existing production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate: Review AI-generated photos and videos, and select the best clips, frames, and moments.
• Source references: Find the photos and videos that are performing right now on social, and turn them into actionable creative direction.
• Assemble & QA: Build final videos in our pipeline and make sure everything comes together correctly before publishing.
• Publish at volume: Distribute content across a large network of accounts (part of this is automated) and maintain a high output cadence.
• Trend-spotting: Stay on top of TikTok / Reels trends and proactively pitch ideas based on them.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years working with video content for social media (less is fine if you have a genuine sense for the format). A track record of content that performed well on TikTok and/or Reels.
• Skills:
  • A strong eye for social: you understand what goes viral and why.
  • Understanding of how AI models work and how they generate visual content.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Nano Banana, Seedance, Kling).
  • High attention to detail — this is at the core of the role.
• Note: deep editing / motion-design skills are NOT required.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and English (B1+); our team works in Russian.
