We are looking for a__ Content Manager - AI Influencer Content__ LATAM / Asia / MENA

Who we are We create AI influencers and AI content for brands in three regions – LATAM, Asia, MENA. Our characters live on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Threads.

Who we are looking for A person who lives and breathes content and ideas, knows what's currently blowing up on TikTok, understands the cultural context, and can work not only creatively but also strategically.

What you will do 🌸 Develop a content plan for the character (strategy, segments, topics, formats) 🌸 Assign technical tasks to scriptwriters and design creators (briefs for videos, stories, posts) 🌸 Monitor production deadlines 🌸 Publish content and/or oversee account managers 🌸 Test hypotheses 🌸 Conduct analytics and monitor KPI achievement 🌸 Maintain a database of references and ideas

What is important to us

• You are ready to delve into the local market – as a result: you know the cultural code, humor, and pain points of the audience
• You understand social media algorithms – you know what boosts content and what hides it in the feed
• You are an analyst: you understand why one video goes viral and another doesn't
• You are fast: trends last 48 hours, and you know this
• You understand the difference between viral content and content that sells

Will be a plus

• Experience with AI content or AI characters
• Portfolio with examples of successful cases
• Understanding of the specifics of influencer marketing
