AI writes it from your resume. You only have to send it.
We're Ryze AI (San Francisco) — an AI marketing agent running marketing for 2,000+ businesses. Five of us, $2M ARR in 3 months, hundreds of short videos shipped every day. You'll build and run our creator army. Hundreds of creators shipping content for Ryze — you find them, you sign them, you make them perform. One good creator can take an app to millions of views. You'll be the person who finds a hundred of them and turns that into a system. This is not a coordinator seat. You own the roster, the money, and the results.
Someone who has already done it. You ran a creator/UGC program that produced real numbers — accounts taken to millions of views, hundreds of videos a month, campaigns that moved revenue. You'll show those results on the first call.
Salary above market. Remote.
Please share examples of UGC content or case studies, briefly describe your role in them, and mention how many creators/projects you managed.
