Minee Wipes is the №1 brand in the travel wipes category on Amazon US. 2026 is a breakthrough year: 10x sales growth, nearly $1M per month, expansion into retail — Target, Gabe's, Lowe's, Circle K. An international team of A-players from Russia, China, North America, and Europe. We are building a $100M brand.

About the Role

We have a content factory: UGC content and work with bloggers in the American market. We are looking for an organized and proactive manager to handle the operational aspects of content, creators, and freelance scouts.

Responsibilities

• Search and analysis of UGC creators and bloggers on platforms and social media
• Outreach and communication: correspondence, briefs, samples, deadlines, payments
• Interaction with freelance creator scouts
• Work with TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and creator platforms
• Content posting according to the content plan, launching campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads
• Briefing creators and participation in creative concepts
• Spreadsheets and reporting: creator statuses, expenses, content performance

What we expect from you

• 6+ months of experience with bloggers, creators, or influencers
• English B2+ — daily correspondence with American creators
• Strong understanding of content: trends, formats, algorithms
• High level of organization: you don't lose tasks, push processes, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and rely on data

Bonus points: experience in the US market, understanding of the creator economy (seeding, flat-fee, affiliate), experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon Creator Connections, confident use of AI tools.
