💠 Looking for a Marketing Analytics Tech Lead for VkusVill.
🔹 The main task is to consolidate marketing analytics into a single system.
🔹 We need a person who can become the owner of the methodology and the center of analytical expertise for marketing.
🔹 In the first stage, it's necessary to build transparent and reproducible post-analytics of advertising campaigns: — a unified standard for evaluating effectiveness; — incrementality, geo- and quasi-experiments; — DiD, synthetic control, attribution and understanding its limitations; — participation in campaign design before launch: hypotheses, expected effect, success criteria; — transfer of regular calculations from manual mode to reproducible code.
🔹 Next — data marts, BI and AI tools on top of structured data, forecasting and marketing mix models, and with confirmed results — your own team of analysts for the direction.
Looking for someone with 5+ years in analytics who has previously been responsible for methodology and knows how not only to build a good calculation but also to turn it into a business solution.
🔹 Especially interested in experience in retail / e-commerce and understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, cohorts, and promotions.
🔹 It is also important to have the ability to negotiate with several teams and bring them to a common standard without administrative leverage.
