🚀 We at Hero's Journey are looking for a Product Manager for the "Clans" direction (Community team) — Almaty, full-time, office.

Hero's Journey is a fit-tech startup that has invented a new format for fitness clubs: our clients train 2.5 times more regularly and significantly more effectively than in traditional gyms. Technologies, gamification, and Data Science are our way of continuously improving the product.

What are "Clans"? A social gamified mechanic: athletes unite in groups, compete with each other, and complete weekly tasks. Your task is to grow participant engagement and the share of athletes in clans. And since we are launching soon in the UAE and USA, a separate challenge is to bring the product to new markets.

What you will be doing:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the direction, be responsible for key metrics
• Conduct in-depth user research through CustDev and identify behavioral reasons for their actions
• Develop social and gamification mechanics, set hypotheses, and iterate based on data
• Using AI tools (Claude Code) in solo mode, gather analytics, design, and develop MVPs
• Launch and adapt "Clans" in the UAE and USA

What we expect:

• 2+ years as a Product Manager
• Outcome (not output) mindset — drive changes to impact metrics, not just to the fact of release
• Strong analytics and data-driven approach
• Excellent CustDev and willingness to communicate extensively with users
• Confident command of AI tools (Claude Code)
• High level of English
• Active lifestyle
• Plus: experience with gamification for engagement growth and launching products in international markets (UAE / USA).
