Lead UI/UX Designer

We are a fast-growing AI startup creating a next-generation platform for video content. Our mission is to connect creators and viewers by providing creators with the best video generation tools and viewers with the most relevant recommendations.

We are currently looking for two Lead UI/UX Designers:

• Publishing Editor UI/UX Lead — interface for content creators
• Streaming App UI/UX Lead — application for viewers

What you will do:

– Develop interfaces and user flows from scratch – Create and maintain a design system and UI kits – Participate in shaping the brand identity and product positioning – Lead and mentor designers, organize team processes – Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions and product discussions – Create briefs and oversee the implementation of design solutions

What is important:

– 5+ years of experience in product design – Excellent command of Figma and rapid prototyping skills – Experience building interfaces from scratch – At least one year in a lead role, experience in managing design processes and quality – Understanding of video or content platforms is a plus – Relevant experience in creating interfaces for creators, viewers, or content platforms will be an advantage – Experience working in a dynamic startup environment is welcome
