Digital Marketing Manager (iGaming) | Nicosia
About the Role
Our group of companies in the iGaming industry is looking for an elite, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Level 5) to own and scale our global acquisition strategy end-to-end.
This is a hands-on “builder” role, where you will lead from the front—designing strategy, executing campaigns, and building a high-performance marketing team from the ground up. You will be responsible for scaling our Sportsbook and Casino brands across both regulated and offshore markets, driving sustainable growth through performance marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Growth
- Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Sportsbook and Casino verticals
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (media buyers, CRM, affiliates, social, ad ops)
- Manage external partners including agencies, affiliates, and webmasters
- Own and control marketing budgets, ensuring strong performance across CPA, ROI, and ROAS targets
- Develop and scale online presence across Social Media and paid channels
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Performance & Acquisition
- Lead full-funnel acquisition strategy across Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social, and DSPs
- Own media buying execution, remaining hands-on with key platforms and campaigns
- Manage and scale affiliate programs, including partner acquisition, deal negotiation, and optimization
- Optimize the full user journey, improving LTV/CAC ratios, conversion rates (CRO), and retention funnels
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Leverage innovative and non-conventional approaches to navigate complex and competitive markets
Data, Analytics & Retention
- Build a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging tools such as GA4, GTM, and BI platforms
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to drive growth decisions
- Implement CRM and remarketing strategies, improving retention and player lifetime value
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to integrate tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time data and performance metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Strong experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook) — mandatory
- 4+ years in digital/performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing high-budget, multi-channel acquisition strategies
- Deep understanding of regulated and offshore markets, with strong exposure to high-risk markets (e.g., Turkey)
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads
- GA4, GTM
- DSPs and programmatic platforms
- Affiliate marketing ecosystems
Skills & Mindset
- Highly data-driven and analytical, with strong attention to detail
- Strong technical understanding of marketing tools, automation, and BI systems
- Ability to translate data into strategy and actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge creative and performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage in-house teams and external agencies simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
