ABOUT US: Askona is a large company, the leader of the Russian market for healthy sleep products, producing and selling mattresses, beds, sofas, and accessories.

TASKS: • Planning and launching advertising campaigns on television, radio, outdoor billboards, in the metro, elevators, and other offline channels. • Preparing media plans, coordinating formats and target audience programs, coordinating the development and adaptation of advertising materials. Interacting with contractors, monitoring deadlines, budget, placement quality, and campaign effectiveness. • Searching for partners and developing joint advertising projects and special offers. Coordinating mechanics, launch coordination, and evaluating the results of conducted activities. • Preparing tasks and briefs for research companies, coordinating contractor work. Analyzing received data and forming practical recommendations for the business. • Planning and conducting client, partner, and marketing events. Working with venues and contractors, monitoring preparation, budget, deadlines, and quality of execution. • Organizing the development, production, and distribution of advertising materials. Preparing technical specifications, interacting with contractors, monitoring print runs, deadlines, quality, and placement of POSM.

REQUIREMENTS: • At least two years of experience in marketing or advertising. • Experience in planning and implementing offline advertising campaigns. • Understanding of media planning principles and advertising effectiveness evaluation. • Experience interacting with advertising, research, and production contractors. • Skills in preparing briefs, conducting negotiations, and budget control. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Independence, systematic approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
