☑️Responsibilities -Development and support of VK WorkSpace modules and services: Mail, Calendar, Cloud, Messenger, Board, etc.; -Implementation of new product features and improvement of existing scenarios for millions of end-users; -Integrations with third-party corporate systems and products of the VK ecosystem; -Optimization of service performance and reliability, working with high loads; -Participation in the design of architectural solutions: routing, queues, data storage, security, fault tolerance; -Work in fully open development processes: clear task descriptions, quality reviews, documentation, quality and stability control; -Participation in the release process of the SaaS version and development of product metrics: activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, error-free, delivery speed.
