BACKEND DEVELOPER (GOLANG/PYTHON)

About the company:

JSC Saraffan.Radio (Moscow). The platform backend is currently in Go; some new services are planned in Python — languages are separated by applications.

Tasks:

• Design and development of services using DDD. • Building a testing culture: unit/integration tests and maintaining coverage. • Ensuring observability: metrics, structured logs, and end-to-end tracing. • Defending architectural decisions and maintaining ADRs. • Development of the payment/order processing module: asynchronous interaction, idempotency, transactional outbox, retry, and delayed execution.

Requirements:

• Commercial backend experience of 4+ years in Go or Python. • Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures. • PostgreSQL: query optimization, transactions, isolation levels, EXPLAIN, migrations; experience with GORM. • API design (REST, gRPC), versioning, and contract testing. • Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD setup. • Principles of clean code, SOLID, DDD, microservice architecture; experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar), error handling, DLQ, and idempotency; experience with AI-assisted development and readiness to take responsibility for code.

Will be a plus:

• Deploying Python services to production (FastAPI, Django/DRF). • Experience with payment/financial modules. • Integrations with LLM providers.
