CEO | Digital Lending / FinTech | South Africa (On-site)

Launching a digital-first lending business in South Africa from scratch. Backed by an international team with proven experience, secured funding, and a ready operating model. Seeking a CEO to take full ownership and establish the company as a market leader (20+ million potential borrowers).

What you'll do: • Build the company from the ground up: strategy, processes, hiring the top management team • Manage full P&L and drive business profitability • Launch licensing (NCR/NCA) and establish regulatory relations • Build underwriting, credit risk, scoring, and collections processes

Who we're looking for (mandatory): • Experience working inside a bank, MFI, MCC, credit scoring, or leasing company (experience only as a vendor or consultant won't work) • Deep expertise in consumer/payday/digital lending • Proven track record of launching or scaling lending businesses and managing P&L • Willingness to relocate to South Africa and run the business on-site • Fluent English (Russian is a strong plus)
