The company operates across consumer lending, credit cards, debit cards, BNPL, credit lines, and payment solutions, serving a rapidly growing customer base and building one of the region's leading fintech ecosystems.

You'll shape product strategy, influence business decisions, and work directly with executive leadership.
You'll own
- ✔️ Product strategy and roadmap for lending and card products
- ✔️ Growth of Credit Cards, Credit Lines, and BNPL
- ✔️ Customer journey from acquisition to repayment and retention
- ✔️ Product decisions balancing growth, customer value, profitability, and credit risk
- ✔️ Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership
- ✔️ Product analytics, experimentation, and portfolio performance
We're looking for someone with
- ✅ 5+ years in Product Management
- ✅ 3+ years in Fintech, Lending, Cards, Payments, Consumer Finance, or Digital Banking
- ✅ Experience with Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, Credit Lines, BNPL, or other lending products
- ✅ Strong understanding of product funnels, activation, retention, monetization, and portfolio metrics
- ✅ Data-driven mindset with experience prioritizing product initiatives based on business impact
- ✅ Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver products at scale
- ✅ English or Spanish

- ➕ Mastercard / Visa products
- ➕ Revolving credit products
- ➕ Neobank or fintech startup experience
- ➕ Risk-based pricing, NPL, delinquency & cohort analysis
- ➕ Credit bureau integrations and scoring models
- ➕ Experience in Latin America or other emerging markets
