Senior Product Manager — Fintech / Lending / Cards
Company: Punto Pago
Location: Panama / Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Seniority: Senior Product Manager
Direction: Fintech, lending, credit cards, credit line, BNPL, debit cards
About Punto Pago
Punto Pago is a fast-growing fintech and payments company in Panama. We are building a financial platform that combines payments, cards, credit products, remittances, marketplace and digital financial services.
We already serve a large customer base through our payments ecosystem and are now scaling financial products on top of this distribution. Our goal is to convert everyday payment users into long-term financial clients by offering simple, transparent and accessible financial products.
At this stage, product management is not only about launching features. It is about building financial products that grow usage, improve conversion, increase portfolio quality, protect unit economics and create sustainable profitability.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in fintech, lending and/or cards to lead the development and growth of our fintech products.
This person will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap across credit line, credit cards, debit cards, BNPL and related financial services.
The role requires someone who can connect customer behavior, product mechanics, credit risk, underwriting logic, portfolio performance, compliance, operations and financial results into one clear product strategy.
We do not need a feature owner. We need a product leader who understands how lending products make money, where they create risk, what drives repayment behavior, and how to scale financial products responsibly.
