Senior Product Manager — Fintech / Lending / Cards

📍 Panama | Full-time ✈️ Relocation to Panama is mandatory 🔴 Important: practical experience with Credit Cards or Credit Lines is mandatory.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop fintech products in the field of lending, cards, and payments.

What you will do: — Own product strategy and roadmap — Develop credit cards, credit lines, BNPL, and debit cards — Work with funnels, activation, retention, and monetization — Collaborate with Risk, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing — Work with credit risk, underwriting, limits, repayments, and portfolio metrics — Be responsible for product metrics: conversion, utilization, portfolio growth, revenue, margin, delinquency, NPL, CAC, and retention

Requirements: — 5+ years in Product Management — 3+ years in Fintech / Lending / Cards / Payments — Experience with Credit Cards or Credit Lines – mandatory — Strong analytical skills and experience with product roadmaps — Experience collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams — Business-level English or Spanish — Readiness for relocation to Panama ⭐️ A plus will be: Mastercard/Visa, revolving credit, experience in LATAM, NPL/delinquency, risk-based pricing, neobank/lending platform.
