Hello everyone!

Looking for a Senior Product Manager for our e-com project. 📍Important: 5+ years of product management experience, e-commerce experience, and experience launching a product from scratch (ideally e-com). Format: hybrid (3 days in office).

We are building smart product selection and purchasing within MTS digital channels — the «My MTS» mobile app and mts.ru website. The goal is to make sure smartphones, accessories, and other MTS online store products are sold through operator touchpoints: personally, at the right time, with minimal steps to checkout.

The project is in an active phase: there are about 10 product hypotheses in the Quick Win → POC → MVP format, ranging from personalized recommendations to an AI product consultant. Work is structured in conjunction with BigData, RTK, and CVM teams. This is not isolated development — it's an intersection of the existing e-commerce at shop.mts.ru, telecom audience, and personalization based on subscriber data.

You will be responsible for the customer purchase journey: from the first display of a product offer to navigating to the product page, adding to cart, and completing the order. The key task is to transform personal recommendations and offers into a clear and converting customer scenario.
