IT company AYA Group is looking for a CPO for a payment gateway and solutions aggregator in Asian markets.
The product is over three years old, profitable, and growing rapidly. Reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
- Make decisions based on context and product metrics.
- Monitor conversion, deposits, service usage, and customer distribution.
- Develop complex features and integrations with the development team.
- Coordinate product, development, support, and related teams.
- Lead analysts and build a product analytics team.
- Direct management: A team of analysts with a lead, 2 operational analysts, and product analysts. Development process is managed by a separate Head of Process.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience managing a complex technological B2B product.
- Strong product analytics and prioritization skills.
- Understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Team management experience.
- Hands-on approach: willingness to personally dive into metrics, requirements, and tasks.
- Ability to quickly understand a new domain and work calmly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or high-risk industries will be an advantage. Working language - Russian, English will be a plus.
