EMEX is a company with a long and interesting history, one of the first marketplaces in the Russian Federation market. Currently, EMEX is an international holding company that includes trading, information, and fulfillment businesses: EMEX.ru, EMEX.DWC in the UAE, and fulfillment operator HWC.

The fulfillment business forms a global delivery network and allows for delivery to more than 30 countries worldwide.
EMEX is a stable business: for over 20 years, we have been profitable every quarter. Having reached a certain business size and scale of operations, the company has faced all the consequences of rapid growth. Now, the business has the task of being efficient, and to achieve this, it needs to reach intermediate goals for measurability and manageability. For this purpose, we are redesigning the structure of all companies and significantly strengthening our fulfillment business.

We are driven not only or primarily by economic goals, but by our vision and mission. We want to contribute to changing the economic and social structure: from corporate monopolies to the competition of talents.
To achieve this, we create and develop a competitive environment:
Your direct supervisor will be — as project manager and the person directly involved in procurement.
On-duty system administrators. These are colleagues you will meet later. They work 24/7 in shifts, and you will be able to resolve many tasks or problems through them. The primary responsibility of the "on-duty admins" is monitoring all systems and supporting warehouse facilities in Russia. Therefore, for problems with printers, scales, handheld scanners, computers, or local networks, you will most likely turn to them.
DevOps, DBA, and WEB teams, with whom you will closely collaborate.
To continue maintaining the quality standards we wrote about above, we monitor the uninterrupted operation of our warehouses and sorting centers. And now we are looking for an On-duty System Administrator who will be ready to help us maintain a high level of customer service.
Your ability to think logically and calmly, quickly and, most importantly, effectively find solutions in non-standard situations, as well as not being afraid to tackle future challenges – this is what we would like to highlight in our interviews.
Familiarize yourself with the infrastructure of offices/warehouses and try to quickly understand the current problem areas. You will be helped in this.

Experience — from 3 years as a system administrator.
You are highly independent and can work within agreed-upon tasks.
