Description

Preply is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations (PLG & Pricing) to develop two key areas of the company's growth strategy: Product-Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting. The role is based in Barcelona and combines regular office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely.

What you'll do

• Own the business and product strategy for Product-Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting.
• Define roadmaps, priorities and measurable commercial goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across referrals, advocacy, sharing, incentives and other product-led acquisition and retention mechanics.
• Develop Preply's pricing and discounting strategy, including tutor pricing, learner-facing prices, promotions, credits and incentives.
• Build business cases, proofs of concept and MVPs to validate new opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance and Growth teams.
• Monitor commercial KPIs including lifetime value, margin and LTV/CAC efficiency.
• Lead and develop a Product-Led Growth analyst.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in growth strategy, commercial strategy, pricing, monetisation, business operations or a related field within a product-led technology company.
• Experience owning commercial KPIs and turning strategy into measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of lifetime value, margins, unit economics and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring analytical talent.
• Confidence using AI tools for analysis, research, decision-making or operational workflows.
• SQL experience is useful but not required.

Nice to have

Experience with pricing, monetisation, promotions, discounts or marketplace economics; experience in consumer marketplaces, subscriptions, travel, e-commerce or other scaled digital products; or a background combining consulting/strategy with hands-on operational experience.
