Product Manager — Overchat AI

Hi! We at Boiler Lab are looking for a Product Manager for Overchat AI.

Overchat AI is a state-of-the-art AI models for text, images, and video in a single interface: Web, iOS, and Android. In its first year, the product grew from scratch to 400,000 active users per month. Now we are looking for someone who will take charge of growing product metrics and revenue.

What you'll be doing: — be responsible for retention and revenue: D7/D30 retention, conversion to payment, churn of paying users — identify where users are lost: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, session recordings, customer development — launch features and track their impact on key indicators — improve onboarding, paywall, TTV, trigger communications, and re-engagement scenarios — formulate and test hypotheses: expected impact in numbers, timeline, and success criteria before launch

What's important to us: — 3+ years of experience in product roles, preferably in B2C with subscriptions or in-app purchases — case studies with numbers: which metric you took, to what value you brought it, what worked and what didn't — ability to work independently with data: SQL or product analytics — understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback period

It would be great if you have experience with AI products or SaaS, retention mechanics, and monetization, and have worked in startups and international teams.
