Product Manager — Overchat AI (Retention & Monetization)

Overchat AI is an international AI startup with access to cutting-edge models for generating text, images, and video in a single interface. The product is available on Web, iOS, and Android, and in its first year, it grew from zero to 400,000 monthly active users.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for retention, monetization, and the growth of key product metrics.

Responsibilities: — Be responsible for D7/D30 retention, conversion to payment, and churn of paying users; — Identify user drop-off points through funnels, cohorts, session recordings, and customer development; — Launch features and be accountable for their impact on metrics; — Improve onboarding, time-to-value (TTV), paywall, trigger communications, and re-engagement scenarios; — Formulate and test product hypotheses with clear expected outcomes and success criteria; — Independently prioritize tasks and build processes without unnecessary approvals; — Analyze the market and quickly adopt strong solutions from competitors.

Requirements: — 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C products with subscriptions or in-app purchases; — Real-world case studies with numbers: which metric was improved, how, and what didn't work; — Independent data analysis: SQL or product analytics; — Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback periods; — Systems thinking, independence, and an entrepreneurial approach; — English B2+; — Willingness to work from the office in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Will be a plus: — Experience with AI products or SaaS; — Experience in scaling B2C products; — Retention and monetization mechanics: onboarding, push/email, reactivation, paywall, trial, pricing; — Understanding of UI/UX and growth funnels; — Experience with vibe-coding and end-to-end analytics; — Experience in startups and international teams.
