I'm starting the hunt for strong Senior Product Managers for our GigaChat Growth team. Yes, several positions at once — and all of them are important.
We need people for two areas:
🔹 Retention Retention, reactivation, conversions to key actions. You will work with both features and CRM communications — equally.
🔹 Bot Surface (TG/MAX) There are two fronts here: we are adapting current scenarios for the social layer and simultaneously creating new, full-fledged products from scratch within messengers. Not "just another chatbot", but real services.
What is critical for us: — data-driven not just in words: hypotheses are born from numbers, not from "I think" — UX/UI at a high level: in a chat interface, growth is often decided by one onboarding screen — real B2C experience and cases with "before → after" numbers — fanatical love for growth hacks — ability to quickly grasp complex things
