Creator Partnerships Manager (AI & Creator Economy)

We are looking for an experienced Creator Partnerships Manager for an international product AI startup.

About the product: A next-generation platform for communication with virtual AI partners. The key project is Digital Duplicates: AI twins of popular content creators, celebrities, and influencers. The portfolio already includes over 300 contracts.

The main goal of the role is to make the AI duplicates portfolio a powerful channel for monetization and growth, increasing user engagement, revenue, and the efficiency of the direction.

Responsibilities: • Develop playbooks for working with creators and create new promotion mechanics (special projects, referral programs, exclusive content, etc.) • Engage influencers in promoting their AI duplicates and demonstrate the financial effectiveness of collaboration • Work collaboratively with ML, Prompt, and Product teams to improve AI bots, increasing Retention and LTV • Manage the financial metrics of the direction, including Revenue and Net Profit

Requirements: • Experience in Influencer Management or Account Management • Experience working with top creators on TikTok, Twitch, Kick, or similar platforms • Or experience working with content subscription platforms (Boosty, Patreon, Fansly, FanView, etc.) • Understanding of the specifics of working with influencers • Product mindset and experience influencing product metrics • English language — C1 / Native (main markets — USA and Canada)
