UX/UI Designer in Alabuga. Digital Transformation Management Kazan
Vacancy with relocation to the Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabuga.
Responsibilities:
- UX+UI for web interfaces and mobile applications according to technical specifications;
- Create and maintain design system consistency: develop components, manage variables and styles;
- Develop user interaction scenarios to create intuitive interfaces;
- Design interactive prototypes of varying levels of detail for hypothesis testing and scenario demonstration;
- Closely collaborate with the team: product managers, analysts, and developers at all stages of the product lifecycle;
- Conduct audits of existing solutions and propose justified improvements based on data and best practices;
- Prepare and hand over mockups for development, as well as perform author's supervision of implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX+UI for web interfaces and mobile applications;
- Experience in designing CRM systems;
- Work with components and their variations;
- Use of variables for design tokenization;
- Application of Auto Layout;
- Creation of interactive prototypes;
- Understanding of UX design principles, ability to build user interaction logic with the product;
- Composition skills, working with typography and colors;
- Ability to justify decisions and readiness for constructive criticism;
- Portfolio with relevant projects (web interfaces and mobile applications);
- Proficient in Figma (Axure), as well as basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
