Become part of the "101 Internet" team — an accredited IT company!
For 17 years, we have been developing online services in the telecommunications sector and helping users across Russia find and choose internet providers. We work with Rostelecom, MTS, Beeline, MegaFon, Dom.ru, TTK, and other major companies.
According to the results of 2025, "101 Internet" took first place in the HeadHunter rating for employee loyalty. We value common sense, independence, minimal bureaucracy, and a real contribution to the product.
We are currently looking for an experienced manual tester for part-time employment — at least 4 hours a day. We need an independent specialist of Middle level or higher, who can quickly get acquainted with the products and fully engage in work without training in the basics of testing.

- The aggregator is released every two weeks.
- Tasks for landing pages come in a continuous flow through stage → production.
- There are already other manual testers in the team and a separate automation department.
- We actively use AI tools to speed up work.
What you will be doing
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing of web products.
- Test tasks on Desktop and Mobile Web, in different browsers and resolutions.
- Verify changes on stage and production.
- Analyze requirements, identify ambiguities and potential risks before development begins.
- Independently determine the necessary depth of testing, considering risks and the impact of the task on the business.
- Create clear and reproducible bug reports, track the correction of found defects.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, checklists, and other test documentation.
- Check data in the database when necessary for task testing.
- Participate in regression testing and release support.
- Interact with developers, analysts, product managers, and other testers.
- Use AI tools to prepare test scenarios and SQL queries, analyze logs, and speed up routine tasks.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 2 years of commercial experience in manual testing of web products.
- Has worked with products in production and understands the full task cycle: from requirement analysis to post-release verification.
- Does not require training in the basics of testing and can independently organize their work.
- Confidently creates test cases and checklists, localizes defects, and prepares high-quality bug reports.
- Knows how to work with DevTools.
- Understands the specifics of cross-browser and adaptive testing.
- Can assess risks and distinguish critical defects from non-critical ones.
- Is able to quickly dive into an unfamiliar product and ask the right questions.
