Vacancy Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLM Engineer)
Semantics Innovations is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLM Engineer) to develop and implement corporate AI solutions and participate in the creation of its own AI platform.
We are looking for a specialist with strong practical experience with LLMs, who can independently design, develop, and bring AI solutions to production.
What you will do:
- develop and implement LLM-based solutions;
- deploy and optimize local LLMs;
- design RAG systems and AI agents;
- work with embeddings, Vector DB, retrieval, and reranking;
- perform model fine-tuning, including LoRA/QLoRA;
- integrate AI services with corporate systems;
- design AI/ML pipelines;
- optimize inference and GPU utilization;
- bring AI products to production and develop them after launch.
What is important to us:
- confident Python skills;
- proven commercial experience in developing LLM/GenAI solutions;
- practical experience with RAG and AI Agents;
- experience with local LLM deployment;
- PyTorch, Hugging Face;
- experience or confident understanding of LoRA/QLoRA and fine-tuning;
- experience working with Vector DB;
- understanding of Docker, API, GPU inference, and production deployment;
- ability to independently design AI solution architecture;
- experience in bringing AI products from business task to industrial operation.
Conditions:
- up to 2,000,000 KZT net - based on the results of the technical interview;
