Your role is to become an expert who will ensure a high standard of quality, optimize processes, and share experience with the team. You will be able to influence how millions of people across Russia discover new places.

What tasks await you

Functional and UI Testing You will dive deep into the product logic to find non-obvious problems before users encounter them. Your job is not just checklists, but risk analysis, test design, and close work with developers to improve features.

Release Support and Quality Control You will take responsibility for the stability of key updates: from planning testing and coordinating with the team to analyzing results.

Optimizing Testing Processes in the Team We value proactivity. You will be analyzing processes, suggesting and implementing improvements — whether it's a new testing strategy, tools for automating routine tasks, or more effective documentation. Your goal is to help the team work faster and better.

We expect that you

• Have at least four years of commercial testing experience in web
• Have dealt with testing mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Understand the full software development lifecycle and the role of testing in it
• Are able to create and maintain test documentation: test plans, checklists, bug reports
• Are curious, possess developed critical thinking — not afraid to ask questions and dig deeper
• Are independent within your areas of responsibility, proactive and ready to propose solutions

Will be a plus

• Have written and maintained UI autotests (E2E)
• Have worked in distributed teams and understand the specifics of communication
