We're building an international platform for ambitious women ➡️ about career, business, money, leadership, and growth.

Already live: a private community of 50 members, two Instagram accounts, a podcast in the works. Big launch coming in September. We need someone who can turn ideas into a system.

What you'll own: ➡️ Reels concepts, scripts, shot lists, editing ➡️ Captions, hooks, carousels, stories ➡️ Newsletter / Substack copy ➡️ Canva visuals (templates ready) ➡️ Content plan, analytics, archive management ➡️ Building an AI-first content creation process

What we're looking for: ➡️ 3+ years in content, personal branding, or social media ➡️ Fluent English C1+ all content is in English ➡️ Real experience with Reels: concept → edit → publish ➡️ Claude / ChatGPT / Canva AI — not "heard of it," used daily ➡️ Portfolio with actual results — mandatory ➡️ European timezone or close (CET ±3h)

Format: Part-time, 15–20 hrs/week → full-time from January if it works out Fully remote. 1200 EUR payment. Freelance / Upwork / service contract.

Growth path: Content Manager → Brand Manager → Head of Content / Community / Podcast
