We are expanding our team and looking for an Affiliate's Team Lead LATAM in an iGaming company! We are looking for a strong leader with experience in the LATAM market, excellent leadership skills, and an understanding of the iGaming specifics 🚀

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of the development strategy for the LATAM region;

2. Search, attraction, and effective work with key partners;

3. Recruitment, training, and development of your team of affiliate managers;

4. Analysis and optimization of the effectiveness of partner channels;

5. Budget control, achievement of personal and team KPIs;

6. Market analysis, competitive practices, and trends. ** Requirements:

7. Experience as Head of Affiliates / Team Lead / Country Manager (iGaming);

8. Successful experience working with the LATAM region;

9. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and its tools;

10. Leadership qualities, skills, experience in team management and recruitment;

11. Spoken Spanish B2+;

12. Spoken English B2+;

13. Result-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to manage indicators;

14. Proactiveness.
