Project: A fast-growing fintech platform serving merchants in high-risk categories (Gaming, Forex, Crypto) in Africa, Latin America, and CIS.

Responsibilities: • Supporting implementation in the African region • Managing global initiatives • Connecting ideas and results • Creating execution infrastructure

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in project/program management in a business context (not just IT).
• Fintech expertise is mandatory: You understand how payments and processing work.
• Result-oriented: Proven experience in bringing complex projects to completion.
• Coordination skills: You know how to get lawyers, financiers, and developers to move in sync.
• Languages: Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian.

Particularly valued:

• Experience with licensing or compliance certification.
• Knowledge of emerging markets (Africa, Latin America).
• Technical background (understanding of APIs, payment infrastructure).
• Startup experience and willingness to work in uncertain conditions.
