About the Company An international aggregator of payment providers. We work with fintech, e-commerce, and Web3 from low-risk to high-risk companies, providing access to payment solutions worldwide. The team is distributed, and the work is entirely remote.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns via Telegram Ads ▫️Working with partner accounts and direct TON accounts ▫️Passing moderation: preparing ads according to platform requirements, handling rejections, appeals ▫️A/B testing: channels, audiences, texts, ad formats ▫️Scaling working traffic sources, disabling ineffective ones ▫️Analyzing metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, conversion to target action ▫️Budget management, spend control, and allocation between accounts ▫️Finding and selecting relevant Telegram recruiter contact for targeting ▫️Regular reporting with conclusions and recommendations

▪️Requirements ▫️Confirmed practical experience with Telegram Ads is mandatory. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered. ▫️Experience working with both partner accounts and direct TON accounts ▫️Ability to handle complex moderation: understanding platform limitations, experience passing rejections and appeals ▫️Deep understanding of performance marketing: funnel, attribution, unit economics ▫️Data analysis skills and decision-making based on metrics ▫️Ability to write ad copy considering Telegram Ads limitations and provide clear briefs for creatives ▫️Experience managing budgets of $5,000+/month with responsibility for KPIs ▫️Experience in the fintech, Web3, or B2B niche ▫️Fluent in Russian ▫️High self-organization, ability to work autonomously in a remote team

▪️Will be an advantage ▫️Experience with other channels: X Ads, Meta, Reddit ▫️English language proficiency – C1 and above ▫️Possession of own or partner accounts with history ▫️Understanding of compliance limitations in advertising financial products ▫️Knowledge of BI tools: Looker, Google Data Studio, and similar
