We are scaling and looking for a strong leader to be the main link between a key target region and the global HQ. If you know how to deeply understand local markets and coordinate cross-functional teams, we are waiting for you!

💼 Work format: Remote OR relocation to Cyprus.

🌍 Holding location: International format, work under NDA.

🎯 Responsibilities:

Target GEO Audit: deep analysis of the market, competitors, and cultural specifics of the region. Product Adaptation: tailoring the iGaming platform to local requirements and player expectations. «Voice of the Region» Role: close communication with global HQ and synchronization of tasks between Product, Marketing, and CRM teams. Launch Management: coordination of projects from idea to successful market entry.

🔍 What we expect from the candidate:

Experience as a Project Manager / Product Market Manager in the iGaming industry (mandatory). Understanding of the specifics of operating in local markets and experience in product adaptation. Strong communication skills: ability to defend the region's interests before HQ and find compromises. Fluent English (working tool for communication with HQ).
