🔥 Looking for a Regional Head — an operational leader to scale the region

We are currently looking for a strong manager who can coordinate the work of marketing, product, retention, support, payments, and other teams within the geo. The main task is to grow the region's GGR through effective organization of processes and cross-functional interaction.

What is important:

• Experience in high-risk B2C (iGaming, Betting, Crypto, Forex)
• Strong people/project management
• Experience in scaling or developing a geo
• Ability to manage processes through communication and influence (without direct subordination)
• Quick decision-making, flexibility, adaptability
• Experience working with complex markets (Central Asia, LATAM, Asia, CIS)
