🔥 We are looking for a Regional Head — an operational leader to scale the region

We are currently looking for a strong manager who can coordinate the work of marketing, product, retention, support, payments, and other teams within the geo. The main task is to grow the region's GGR through effective organization of processes and cross-functional interaction.

What's important:

• Experience in high-risk B2C (iGaming, Betting, Crypto, Forex)
• Strong people/project management skills
• Experience in scaling or developing a geo Ability to manage processes through communication and influence (without direct subordination)
• Speed of decision-making, flexibility, adaptability
• Experience working with complex markets (Central Asia, LATAM, Asia, CIS)
