PARISIAN FLAT is looking for an SMM Specialist 📍 Cyprus, Limassol (remote / hybrid)

We are looking for someone who will help turn Parisian Flat's Instagram and Telegram into lively, aesthetic, and recognizable project media channels. Parisian Flat is a cultural space in Limassol where French culture, gastronomy, education, and intimate events converge: a coffee shop and breakfast spot, French language classes, lectures, film screenings, masterclasses, salon evenings, private and corporate events.

We need a person who will take on the operational SMM management and think not only about content but also about the brand. What tasks will you be working on: — Manage Instagram and Telegram; — Create and maintain a content plan; — Create posts, Reels, Stories, and other formats; — Write and edit texts; — Create creatives and layouts in Figma; — Maintain the visual integrity of the account; — Invent new sections and formats; — Participate in the development and organization of 1–2 creative shoots per month; — Turn shot material into content for several weeks.

It is important for us that the specialist understands the basics of marketing: We don't want to create "a post for the sake of a post." Content should work for brand recognition, engagement, warming up the audience, and sales, without turning Parisian Flat into an endless advertisement. It is important to understand the connection (content → audience → advertising → click → conversion) and be able to answer the questions: why this content is being published, who it is for, what meaning or product it supports, and what a person should feel after getting acquainted with Parisian Flat.

Who we are looking for: A person with a well-developed visual taste, broad experience, and initiative. We are drawn to content that looks: aesthetic, modern, intellectual, lively, and unconventional. We are not looking for formulaic SMM, trend copying, or a "one-size-fits-all" visual style.

It will be a big plus: — Experience with lifestyle / cultural / hospitality / fashion / beauty / creative projects; — Good Figma skills; — Understanding of Reels and modern video presentation; — Ability to shoot and edit independently; — Broad experience with European and international brands; — Understanding of targeted advertising and funnels; — English language proficiency; — Being located in Cyprus.
