Looking for a CIO at Gofromir Group

Who we are looking for: A business partner level CIO. Not an IT Director or an advanced system administrator.

Required:

• experience in a manufacturing company (B2B, complex custom order model)
• management of UNF/ET (1C landscape), CRM, integrations
• implementation of Opti Soft or similar manufacturing systems
• management of IT team, budget, contractors
• building data architecture and BI
• information security management

Will be a plus:

• packaging, printing, FMCG, building materials, chemicals, food production
• experience in IT transformation in a company with several branches

First-year tasks:

• Define the target architecture for 1C–CRM–Opti Soft
• Eliminate the data gap between CRM and 1C
• Launch Opti Soft
• Create a unified management analytics layer
• Automate critical end-to-end processes: accounts receivable control, order statuses, ETD, tooling, self-pickup
• Build an IT team and a service model with SLA
• Formulate an AI and digital transformation roadmap
