Data Scientist for Avito Rabota Team (Gig platform)

About the team: Avito Rabota is the market leader in the blue-collar segment. Our team helps solve the challenges facing Avito Rabota using Data Science. We are involved in search, recommendations, user communication analysis, ad attribute forecasting, and other tasks. You will work as a DS Engineer and interact with business stakeholders, analysts, and other DS Engineers. The main task is to help the business automate routine processes using LLMs in the transactional business of "Avito Podrabotka".

What tasks await you: — develop a RAG assistant for "Avito Podrabotka" users; — automate the work of dispatchers in "Avito Podrabotka" using LLM; — participate in the creation of an assistant for "Avito Podrabotka".

We expect you to: — have 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning; — have experience building RAG; — have experience building AI agents; — have experience working with LLMs; — write maintainable, testable, and scalable Python code; — have experience deploying models to production; — be able to work with stakeholders inside and outside the team.
