If you live and breathe game development, understand balance down to the smallest detail, grasp the specifics of console gaming (Steam / PlayStation / Xbox), and want to develop a released project — let's create awesome things together! 🤝

🎯 Your future task stack:

• Full GD Cycle: work in all areas of game design at all stages of the project (from generating ideas and features to fine-tuning balance and economy).
• In-engine Practice: independent setup and implementation of gameplay directly in Unity.
• Console Experience: adapting controls, UX, and mechanics to the specifics of gamepads and console platforms.

⚡ What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Experience: from 2 years as a Game Designer on similar projects for PC and consoles.
• English: working correspondence level (without Google Translate).
• Format: OFFICE ONLY in Chisinau (Moldova), full-time (no remote work — team synergy on-site is important to us!).
• Language of communication: Russian.
