Growth Marketing Manager

🚀 Quadcode is a product-based international fintech company creating B2C and B2B SaaS trading platforms for clients worldwide.

Two years ago, we launched an ambitious new AI project — Quadcode.AI, where we are building a next-generation IDE with modern LLM agents. We already have a strong team of tech specialists and several marketing team members, and now we are looking for an independent and result-oriented Growth Marketing Manager.

Role: Growth Marketing Manager Level: Senior/Lead Location: Remote

🔥 Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for launching the AI IDE into the international market with a focus on organic growth. • Develop guerrilla marketing, community building, and new user acquisition channels. • Manage the marketing budget and achieve audience growth KPIs. • Analyze marketing effectiveness and optimize the strategy. • Attract influencers, organize the creation of promotional content, and manage contractors. • Collaborate with the product team and stay updated on AI and development market trends.

⚡️ Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth marketing, preferably in IT, AI, or technology startups. • Understanding of guerrilla marketing and experience in organic user acquisition. • Ability to independently launch and develop marketing campaigns, manage a budget, and be responsible for KPIs. • Experience working with influencers and familiarity with Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, etc. • Interest in AI and development tools. • English language proficiency — B2+ or higher.
