Someone with real technical chops. Comfortable with identity resolution, Braze Canvases, Segment, and deliverability, not just "has used an ESP before." And most importantly, someone who can work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and eng to turn "we should probably follow up with these people" into an actual system.
