For a crypto-infrastructure company being established in Armenia, currently preparing documentation for a Central Bank license.

The project is backed by an existing group of companies with its own ecosystem. A bank, payment system, and broker are already integrated. They will be the first partners and the source of initial client flows.

The preparation team is already assembled: two financial analysts with experience in licensing crypto companies, two local lawyers with experience working with the Central Bank of Armenia, a compliance officer, and a proven outsourced technical team.

Responsibilities: • Finalize the product line and budget, and submit documents for a license to the Central Bank of Armenia; • Work with the group's ecosystem partners to obtain letters of guarantee, which are important for the license; • Make amendments to the project's business plan and financial model; • After submitting the documents, form a team based on the defined product line; • Establish external partnerships and launch the company into the market beyond the ecosystem — including the competitive Armenian market, where banks already have their own crypto partners.

Must-have: • Management experience of 5+ years — led teams and projects; • Experience in finance — banking, payment services, fintech, a narrow crypto background is not required; • Startup mindset: readiness to build processes from scratch with your own hands; • Willingness to relocate to Yerevan. Will be a plus: • Product background transitioning to CEO; • Experience launching or licensing in a regulated financial environment; • Experience negotiating with banks, brokers, and payment systems.

Conditions: • Official employment; • Modern office or hybrid format 5/2 (Yerevan); • Salary: 7,500–12,500 USD net/month, negotiable for a strong candidate; • KPI-based bonus system (up to 2 salaries) — to be determined for the final candidate; • Long-term incentives tied to company valuation or revenue. • Relocation package: One-way plane tickets for the candidate and their family. Realtor assistance with finding housing in advance. Assistance with document and bank account setup. Medical insurance for the candidate, spouse, and children. • Remote start possible for 1–2 months to complete current affairs.
