Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | AML & Crypto

We are a young product startup in the field of AML and blockchain analytics, creating solutions for monitoring cryptocurrency transactions, risk assessment, and financial crime prevention.

We are currently entering the market, launching our first pilots, and looking for a CEO to help transform a strong product into a successful international business.

Responsibilities: • defining the company and product development strategy; • bringing the product to market and attracting the first major clients; • leveraging your own network of contacts in the crypto/AML community for business development; • building partnerships with crypto exchanges, fintech companies, and other market participants; • forming a strong team and establishing business processes; • managing the company's finances, KPIs, and operational activities; • representing the company at international conferences and industry events.

We are looking for someone who: ✔️ has experience as CEO, Founder, or C-level in Crypto, FinTech, Blockchain, AML/KYC; ✔️ has a deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain, and AML/Compliance requirements; ✔️ possesses strong Business Development and B2B product sales skills; ✔️ has an extensive network of contacts in the crypto industry; ✔️ is ready to build a company practically from scratch and make decisions in a startup environment.
