Telegram Growth Lead

We are looking for a Telegram Growth Lead (AI + Crypto Media, part-time)

We are a small team developing a Telegram recruiter contact channel about AI + crypto.

We are looking for not just an SMM specialist or someone for advertising placements, but a Telegram Growth Lead — someone who will help the channel grow: in views, reach, subscribers, and overall quality of growth.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Find and launch effective methods for growing the Telegram channel. ▫️Manage collaborations, paid placements, manual outreach, and other promotion mechanics. ▫️Test inexpensive, free, and unconventional growth methods, rather than relying solely on paid placements. ▫️Monitor metrics, calculate the effectiveness of hypotheses, and understand what truly delivers results. ▫️Provide feedback on channel packaging, posts, CTAs, and funnels if it contributes to growth. ▫️Participate in content strategy from the perspective of reach, engagement, and promotion. ▫️Maintain basic reporting on tests, campaigns, and results.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Experience specifically in Telegram recruiter contact / Telegram channel development. ▫️Understanding of how to grow not only channels with a budget but also small/medium projects through systematic actions and strong hypotheses. ▫️Ability to work not only through paid placements but also through manual methods, collaborations, outreach, viral mechanics, and unconventional growth strategies. ▫️Understanding of metrics and analytics: what worked, what didn't, and why. ▫️Systematic approach, initiative, good pace, and ability to work independently. ▫️Adequate communication, ability to manage spreadsheets, and keep things organized. ▫️Understanding of AI + crypto is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement if the person has a strong Telegram recruiter contact background.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Remote work, flexible schedule. ▫️Workload: 10–15 hours per week. ▫️Main workload on weekdays, lighter on weekends. ▫️Compensation: fixed salary + bonuses, details to be discussed after the interview. ▫️Long-term cooperation. ▫️Opportunity to influence the growth of the media and build the promotion system together with the project.
